Data controller
The data controller is Udruženje korisnika SAP rešenja „USK SAPertize”, Ismeta Mujezinovića 12, Belgrade, tax ID 114707595, reg. no. 28388195. We process data in line with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia.
What we collect
Only the data you provide through the forms on this website: membership applications (full name, email, phone, company, position, country, tax ID and message), the contact form (name, email, subject and message) and newsletter sign-up (email address and language).
Why we use it
To process your membership application and send a pro forma invoice, to reply to your message, and to send you the newsletter with event announcements. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the consent box, and the performance of the membership relationship.
How long we keep it
We keep member data for the duration of the membership and for up to two years after it ends, unless regulations require a longer period (e.g. accounting records). Messages are kept for up to two years. Newsletter email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Who has access
Only authorised persons within the association have access to the data. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. The website uses reliable hosting and database providers that process data solely on our behalf.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
